As our new Technical Account Manager & Project Manager, John brings an impressive 25-year journey in media and telecommunications to our team. Throughout his career, John has mastered the art of customer success, technical support, and solutions delivery. He has successfully led projects optimizing content delivery networks, deploying broadcast automation systems, and enhancing playout workflows for major clients like Claro Colombia and Imagine Communications.
His technical knowledge and customer-focused approach make him an excellent addition to Amplify as we continue delivering innovative solutions to the Media & Entertainment industry. His knack for optimizing complex tech environments and steering projects from start to finish, while building genuine connections with stakeholders, makes him an invaluable addition to our team. He’s particularly skilled in cloud platforms, SaaS, hybrid cloud solutions, OTT services, and broadcast operations.
